Thursday Arrival (June 20)
Guests will be arriving throughout the day, so we’re keeping things relaxed. We’ll have yard games, movies playing, and a laid-back atmosphere. Greg will be grilling up steak for dinner, and we’ll end the evening around the campfire with s’mores.

This isn’t an official event, so no worries if you’re not getting in until Friday. Just bring your comfiest clothes and come hang out if you're around!

Morning – Free Time
Enjoy a slow morning in the mountains! Feel free to explore the area, pop into town, or just relax at the lodge. We just ask that everyone is back and ready to go by 2:30 PM at the lodge so we can kick things off on time.

4:00–6:00 PM – Boat Cruise on Flathead Lake
Enjoy two hours of stunning Montana scenery, cocktails, music, and celebration out on the water. It’s the perfect way to kick off the weekend.

7:00 PM – Welcome Dinner Party
Back at the lodge, we’ll gather for a relaxed dinner and drinks. Think cozy, festive, and full of cheer as we welcome everyone and celebrate the start of an unforgettable weekend.

Theme: Canadian Tuxedo
Break out your best denim—yes, head-to-toe is encouraged! Sara’s love for a good theme is no secret, so bring your boldest, most fabulous fashion game. There’s no such thing as overdoing it here!

Daytime – Guest Free Time
Spend the day however you like—whether that means adventuring outdoors, river rafting, fishing, exploring town, or just relaxing with friends and family. There’s plenty to do in the area, and Glacier National Park is right nearby if you’re feeling adventurous.

We kindly ask that all guests are off the property by 11:00 AM so the wedding team can set up the space.

5:00 PM – Pre-Ceremony Drinks
Join us for a welcome drink before the ceremony begins! It’s a chance to mingle, soak up the scenery, and ease into the evening with a cocktail in hand.

6:00 PM – Wedding Ceremony & Celebrations
We’re saying “I do” under the Montana sky on the longest day of the year. The ceremony will begin around 6:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, drinks, and dancing into the night, and don’t forget gelato!
